Change in Parent Company from Fujifilm Corporation to Teijin Limited.

As a result of the Tender Offer for our common shares by Teijin Limited, the parent company and the largest shareholder in Japan Tissue Engineering Co., Ltd. (J-TEC) changed from Fujifilm Corporation to Teijin Limited on March 9, 2021.
